Registered Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Alliance School

In this Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Alliance Approved Teacher Training, you’ll learn to:

  • Practice a yogic lifestyle – on and off the mat
  • Create well-designed advanced yoga classes for students of all levels
  • Explore and refine advanced yoga teaching skills that help students develop a heart-centered practice
  • Understand yoga philosophy and the history of the great literature of India’s Rishis and Sages
  • Understand advanced physiology and anatomy of a vital heart and vital heart yoga
  • Prompt and cue the benefits, contraindications and modifications for each posture
  • Teach advanced breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation practices
  • Teach advanced yoga to special groups, with modifications based upon faculty specializations
  • Develop successful yoga business practices
  • Refine an advanced personal practice and develop teaching skills in a positive, fun, and supportive environment

• An Overview of Yoga History, Philosophy, and the Yoga Sutras
• Teaching and Practicing Sun Salutations & Advanced Standing, Seated, and Prone poses
• Teaching and Practicing Advanced Twists, Arm Balances and Inversions
• Yoga Sequencing for Beginner, Practiced and Advanced Classes
• Advanced Pranayama and Bandha Practices
• Advanced Meditation Techniques
• Teaching and Practicing Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
• Advanced Anatomy of the Heart and Hatha Yoga
• Cuing, Adjustments, and Student Safety for Challenging Forms
• Teaching Yoga to Specific Groups (with Modifications)
• Sanskrit Pronunciation and Vocabulary for Yoga Teachers
• Advanced Chakra Practices and the Science of Ayurveda
• The Business of Yoga and Ethics for Yoga Teachers

Training Hours:
 
(TBD) Week & Weekend Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30am -6:30pm EST; Weekend Intensives: Friday -14:00pm – 9:00 pm EST; Sat 9:00am – 6:00pm EST; (*with meal breaks and morning practice teaching class); Sun 09:00am – 5:30pm EST (*with meal break)

  • A $500 deposit will hold your space for both options
  • Early Bird Pricing for the Training: $3000 paid in full before December 30, 2023 (includes deposit)
  • Regular Pricing: $3500 paid in full by the start of the program. The $500 Deposit will hold your space in this training, with the remaining $3000 due by the start of the program.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students are entitled to a full refund minus a $500.00 administrative fee up to 30 days before the training commences. Within 14 days of the launch of the training, full or partial refunds may (or may not) be permitted at the discretion of the ownership of the Cape Cod Center for Well-Being, LLC. These policies are aligned to any general policies of the Company as posted in the media or on premises.
